MMB is looking for an Account Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. Digital Senior Account Executive

MMB is looking for a Digital Senior Account Executive to join our rapidly growing team.  This is an excellent career opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual who is looking to collaborate with a team of innovative, driven, seasoned advertising professionals, on high profile accounts.  MMB provides the benefits of big agency clients, in a mid-sized agency environment. Some of the responsibilities of the Digital Sr. Account Executive include::

The candidate must also have solid writing and editing skills and should be capable of running small to medium projects with day-to-day supervision.

Some of the responsibilities of the Account Executive include:
-Work as part of a team to support broadcast/print and misc other projects on a large, fast paced account
-Overall project stewardship: own all day-to-day functions – including server organization, prepping meetings, status reporting, budget management, misc added value opportunities, broadcast trafficking etc.

MMB is looking for a Senior Account Executive with 4-6 years Agency experience with a focus on eCRM initiatives. This is an excellent career opportunity for an for an entrepreneurial individual who is looking to collaborate with a team of innovative, driven, seasoned advertising professionals, on a high profile account. MMB provides the benefits of big agency clients, in a mid-sized agency environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong direct marketing/ CRM background in integrated multi-channel campaign development and execution. The candidate should also understand how to leverage customer databases for overall marketing program, channel, frequency, audience, contact and offer strategies; ROI analysis and reporting. Experience in delivering these multi-channel campaigns to an international audience is a plus.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
-Exhibit solid understanding of key client’s CRM/ eCRM programs as well as information including general business strategy, industry issues, products and services offered, key customers and competitors
-Navigate client and team through international implications and execution as eCRM programs expand beyond the US audience

Marketing Analyst

As the Marketing Analyst at MMB, you will provide actionable insight in support of our clients’ marketing efforts to make their programs smarter and more impactful.  This is an excellent career opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual who is looking to collaborate with a team of innovative, driven, seasoned advertising professionals, on high profile accounts.  MMB provides the benefits of big agency clients, in a mid-sized agency environment. You will maximize our clients’ return on marketing investment (ROMI) through ongoing marketing program analysis (digital, media and direct), website measurement, disciplined testing, and results-based performance management. You must be a  “hands on” analyst who dives into the data, interprets it and turns it into actionable insights & recommendations for clients.

Essential Functions/ What You Will be Doing:
-Design and conduct analyses in support of marketing initiatives (e.g. direct mail, online advertising/ media performance, email, mobile)
-Provide program ROI & data-driven actionable insights
-Develop KPIs and holistic dashboards for presentations to senior management team
-Work with internal team to identify opportunities for optimization of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations to improve program performance
-Function as the business owner of the database and web analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics, Omniture, DART, etc)

Typical Deliverables/Duties:

The ideal candidate has a strong direct marketing/ CRM background in integrated multi-channel campaign (direct mail / email) development and execution.

Jr. Info & Experience Architect

The Junior Info & Experience Architect (Jr. IEA) is responsible for building out, information architecture, user / data flows and user research. Working in close collaboration with the Dir. UX the Jr. IEA will contribute to and develop architecture and interaction documents, while driving continuous tactical improvements in product craftsmanship and user experience.

Responsibilities & Requirements

- Create concept models, user interface sketches, and schematics.

- Work with multi-disciplinary teams in the creation of best-in-class user experience.

- Assist in facilitating usability testing, creating discussion guides, synthesizing findings and providing recommendations.
- Full understanding of how to apply the methodologies of interaction design and research to website and product development.

- Familiarity with usability heuristics and relevant HCI literature.

Digital Art Director

MMB is seeking a talented and energetic Digital Art Director to join our fast-paced, fast-growing team. You’ll lead the design and overall user experience for websites, online advertising, email campaigns, social initiatives and mobile tools. You should love user-centric, responsive design and stay on top of important trends online – having done it all as part of an agency is a huge plus.

The candidate we are looking for should enjoy mentoring junior designers, will thrive in an integrated, high-velocity, constantly evolving work environment, should enjoy team problem-solving and approach learning opportunities with enthusiasm. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a point of view regarding typography, color, layout, conceptual process and user experience.

MMB Digital is an integrated, high-velocity, constantly evolving work environment, so you should be cool with team problem-solving and learning on the job when necessary. You should have perspectives on typography, color, layout, and user experience (especially in the digital space) and be ready to share them.

Required Qualifications:

-4+ years of work experience (creative agency, marketing or client-side experience preferred.)
-Must provide online examples of design work, produced or not. Will not consider recent graduates.
-BA or BFA in Graphic Design or related discipline preferred, but not required.

Required Skills:

-Proficiency with Abode Photoshop required; familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign strongly preferred.
-Experience with any front-end development platform is a major plus (Flash, HTML5.)
-Ability to both multitask and reliably estimate time required to complete design and production tasks.
