Digital Account Supervisor

MMB is looking for a Digital Account Supervisor with 6-10 years Agency experience to join our rapidly growing team. We are seeking an individual who is able to lead Digital initiatives and manage mid level clients on a high profile account; an excellent career opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual who is looking to collaborate with a team of innovative, driven, seasoned advertising professionals. MMB provides the benefits of big agency clients, in a mid-sized agency environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong Digital marketing background in integrated multi-channel campaign development and execution. Candidates must have solid understanding of strategic direction and planning, Digital project implementation ranging from website development, paid media, content to social efforts, measurement planning and execution, client relationship management, and account profitability & growth.

The candidate must also have solid
research, writing and editing skills and should be capable of running
small to medium Digital projects with limited day-to-day supervision. He/she will
be the day-to-day lead with mid level clients.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
— Collaborates with the AD to lead the overall strategic planning for the account.
— Leads the development, writing, and presentation of incremental project proposals, scopes of work, and staffing plans.
— Has thorough understanding of and actively participates in high-level meetings.
— Assesses and implements processes that optimize client relations.
— Has (or can quickly develop) an advanced understanding of business category trends/developments, and uses this knowledge to add strategic value to the overall account and to individual projects.
— Manage integrated team from developing strategy to creative development to measurement and optimization.
— Overall project stewardship: own all day-to-day functions including organizing / prepping meetings, proactively writing all call reports, leading client meetings, status reporting, budget management, etc.
— Provides leadership, expert knowledge, & identifies/facilitates third-party alliances.
— Thinks customer experience first with eye towards continual program evolution based on measurable insights.
— Understands and feels comfortable with data, technology and customer marketing database principles executed in both traditional offline and online / digital environments.
— Provides day-to-day financial oversight for the account.
— Oversees account staffing, budgets, time reports, and other operational procedures with an eye on overall account profitability.

Web Tester

This is a website test position on the MMB digital team, responsible for creating test scripts, managing the bug process for individual projects, communicating with developers about code defects and user acceptance testing activities. In addition to being highly efficient and organized, this position requires some technology background or past experience testing Microsoft-based and PHP-based website applications. Our primary development platform consists of Microsoft and open-source technologies including Visual Studio 2010/2012, PHP, Team Foundation Server, SQL Server, MySQL and ASP.NET (primarily C#). This position will also help review and provide Quality Assurance review for non-technical (design) assets within our studio as well.

Primary Responsibilities:
— Test front-end/back-end code for website pages
— Create test scripts and test coverage plans across a wide variety of projects
— Move smoothly and quickly between projects with diverse parameters and objectives
— Work closely with the creative team to understand the function of the web pages and designs
— Work with and manage our issue tracking system and reporting for bug/triage status meetings.
— Prioritize daily workflow and demands on quality, time, and resources
— Ability to function well in a high-volume, fast-changing work environment and the ability to work on multiple time-critical issues

Required Skills and Abilities:
— 3+ years of experience in web testing—front and back-end, preferably in a .NET and/or PHP environment.
— A strong understanding of how HTML, AJAX, and other web-related technology effecting design and layout.
— Expertise in testing front-end code such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery.
— Experience testing social networking services/apps (built on Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
— Strong communication skills, in particular the ability to communicate with project and program managers.
— Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team in an Agile / Scrum environment
— Previous agency experience is required.

Account Coordinator

MMB is looking for an Account Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. Account Executive

Senior Account Executive, eCRM

MMB is looking for a Senior Account Executive with 4-6 years Agency experience with a focus on eCRM initiatives. This is an excellent career opportunity for an for an entrepreneurial individual who is looking to collaborate with a team of innovative, driven, seasoned advertising professionals, on a high profile account. MMB provides the benefits of big agency clients, in a mid-sized agency environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong direct marketing/ CRM background in integrated multi-channel campaign development and execution. The candidate should also understand how to leverage customer databases for overall marketing program, channel, frequency, audience, contact and offer strategies; ROI analysis and reporting. Experience in delivering these multi-channel campaigns to an international audience is a plus.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
-Exhibit solid understanding of key client’s CRM/ eCRM programs as well as information including general business strategy, industry issues, products and services offered, key customers and competitors
-Navigate client and team through international implications and execution as eCRM programs expand beyond the US audience

Marketing Analyst

You must be a  “hands on” analyst who dives into the data, interprets it and turns it into actionable insights & recommendations for clients.

Essential Functions/ What You Will be Doing:
-Design and conduct analyses in support of marketing initiatives (e.g. direct mail, online advertising/ media performance, email, mobile)
-Provide program ROI & data-driven actionable insights
-Develop KPIs and holistic dashboards for presentations to senior management team
-Work with internal team to identify opportunities for optimization of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations to improve program performance
