The Sr. Digital Project Manager will have solid understanding of existing and emerging digital technologies and multimedia capabilities. Solid understanding of all facets of digital project cycles including strategy and media, requirements development (BRD, use cases, functional specifications) user experience architecture (site maps, wireframes), design & implementation in an extremely fast-paced, creative, and collaborative culture.

Must Have:

- Experience as the point person leading the redesign of a large corporate web site, including management of Information Architecture, internal, client, and vendor teams (creative, technical and QA), as well as junior-to-senior clients.
- Able to maintain the focus, momentum and respect of a core team of staff, freelancers and clients over the span of a 6-12 month redesign.
- Obsessive about organization, brilliant and frequent communication to stakeholders, and experience to forecast implication of near-term decisions on future deliverables.
- Prior client facing experience.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing mid-to-large scale digital projects.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of large-scale template & CMS based web development for external clients. Preferably in an Agency.
- BA/ BS
- Excellent understanding and interest in all things interactive: You must be fluent in all types of development, from big site process to simple, quick banner production and new social platforms.
- Experience in a client-service organization with creative and account teams.
- Proven track record of launching cutting-edge interactive projects. You are experienced in working with a range of large budget projects with multiple work-streams and 3rd parties.
- Results oriented, organized, highly motivated and detail-oriented with a high level of energy/high sense of urgency.
- Day to day management of projects from initiation through implementation and deployment
- Manages change, evaluate risks and assess potential impacts on project delivery
- Responsible for resource management
- Responsible for the development of Scopes/Statements of Work and budget estimation
- Willing to serve as a mentor to others
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead teams with minimal oversight
- Basic HTML, FBML, and CSS knowledge
- References of past clients and teams from large site builds
- Professional presentation, training and client facing skills
- Effective negotiation and conflict management skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills required
