Director of Digital Strategy
Prior to joining MMB, Laurie had over 15 years of strategic CRM, database and marketing analysis experience, with a strong focus on retail at Time Inc., PreVision Marketing and Harte Hanks. As you know, retail equals sales and sales equals success, so let’s say Laurie has extensive experience in success, developing strategic data-driven marketing programs that optimize investment and drive desired customer behavior changes to generate incremental revenue.
Laurie earned her MBA, with a focus on Finance and Marketing, from The Wharton School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Smith College.
Laurie was a speaker at the 2004 DMA’s Annual CRM Conference and provided a case study in Arthur Middleton Hughes’ book “The Customer Loyalty Solution.”
Laurie raises and breeds dogs. (We added that to give Laurie some warmth and so she doesn’t come off as a soulless number cruncher, which she isn’t.)

A Little More Personal
Laurie loves dogs, specifically Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers. They are a rare sporting dog that almost went extinct in the 1960's. She breeds them. She raises them. She trains them. She shows them. She hunts with them. She takes classes with them. She walks them - every day. She photographs them. She has a blog and website for them. She loves them. Yes, she's a crazy dog lady but she’s OK with that.
