Lesley Bielby
Chief Strategy Officer
Lesley spent the first half of her 20-year advertising career at iconic agencies in London such as Collett Dickenson Pearce & Partners and Howell Henry Chaldecott Lury. She helped bring the discipline of account planning to McKinney and Silver in Raleigh, NC. And in NYC, Lesley worked at agencies Merkley and Partners and Hill Holliday. During her three years as Chief Strategy Officer at Hill Holliday, the agency had its most successful and profitable two years of its 40-year history. Lesley also heads up our research practice, MMB*HIVE.
Lesley has worked across an enormous range of categories including alcoholic beverages, packaged goods, automotive, healthcare, financial services and casual dining. Her expertise has been sought by publications such as Business Week, NPR, The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal.
