Overview

Auto Europe is the #1 car rental broker in the world for people traveling to Europe and worldwide. They have been in existence for 57 years, operate in 130 countries and manage over 1.4 million rentals a year. 85% of Auto Europe's sales come from their website, so redesigning their site and the online car rental process was very high profile and critical to their business success. Auto Europe also wanted to ensure that the site reflected their world-class customer service that they are able to deliver over the phone but was not being conveyed online. MMB worked closely with the client to understand their business needs, back-end systems, rental process, and consumer mind-set. Since its launch in late 2011, the new site has generated a 30% increase in Conversion To Sale. Additionally Auto Europe has enjoyed a 20% increase in business since the site launched (half of this attributed to the site launch, and half to the improving economy and marketing initiatives). MMB is extremely pleased with the results, but more-so happy for this wonderful group of people at Auto Europe. It was a pleasure collaborating with them on this project and we are glad we were able to help design a site that reflects their world-class organization and impacts their bottom line.
