With the introduction of a ‘light’ brand, the revolutionary spirit was still alive at the core of Sam Adams. By focusing on a younger audience, we were able to capture that spirit. The advertising campaign resulted in unaided awareness of Sam Adams Light increasing from 4% to 64% in 8 weeks. Sam Adams Light became the strongest new product launch in Boston Beer Company history.
