Subway offers customers a very unique proposition in the category, customization. Essentially YOU make your sandwich with the ingredients YOU want. In developing a strategy for the Tween target, we keyed in on the idea of empowerment which aligned very nicely with Subway's core equity of customization. As Subway, you are in charge - you make the sandwich you want. At Subway, there's no such thing as NO.
