Our fresh thinking for Subway has taken them from being seen as a sandwich shop to being known as the healthier choice for fast food, jumping from the #5 to #2 QSR brand, behind only McDonald’s. This transformation began by repositioning our spokesperson, Jared, from a weight loss story to a consumer advocate for healthier eating. The CEO has credited our efforts as “The biggest turnaround in the company’s history.” And, this new position has allowed Subway to branch out into new areas including breakfast, as well as helping them create a $4B sub brand with Subway $5 footlongs.
