Overview
MMB was responsible for leading this very complex project and ensuring the needs of various constituents were being met, across corporate, franchising, nutrition, marketing, up to executive management. We lead all aspects of discover, strategy, project management, information architecture, user experience, design, and content creation, and worked closely with Subway’s Franchise World Headquarters team on the development.
The final product is a single web destination for all Subway related content:
- An extensible web base that can expand with the organizations growing needs
- Socially enabled to ensure it is more sharable and dynamic than ever before
- Built in a device agnostic manner to present a seamless experience on tablets, smart phones + laptops
But launching the site is just the beginning. MMB is responsible for updating the site each Window, in addition to their banner ads and social media platforms, to support Subway’s marketing calendar.
